Product Introduction

A low-voltage panelboard is designed for centralized distribution and protection of feeder and branch circuits. It is widely used in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, data centers, residential projects, and public infrastructure.

For North America, UL 67 configurations feature dead-front construction, approved circuit breakers, neutral and ground bars, and project-specific SCCR. For Europe and other markets, IEC 61439 configurations are available. Optional features include digital metering, SPD, circuit monitoring, and communication interfaces. NEMA-rated or IP-rated enclosures can be supplied according to regional and project requirements.

Product Features
UL 67 Listed Panel board — Verified North American Compliance
Available in UL Listed configurations evaluated to UL 67, with approved circuit breakers, bus structures, enclosures, and wiring arrangements. Designed for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure distribution projects across North America. Dual-market configurations for the U.S. and Canada can be provided where required by the project specification.
Dead-Front Construction — Enhanced Protection During Normal Operation
The dead-front construction prevents access to exposed live parts during normal operation when all doors, covers, and trim panels are properly installed. Clearly identified circuit breakers and operating handles help reduce accidental-contact risks and support safer routine operation and maintenance.
Flexible Main and Branch Circuit Configurations
Available with Main Breaker or Main Lug configurations and a flexible selection of branch circuit breakers to match project load requirements. Suitable for distributing power to lighting, receptacles, HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, and other commercial or industrial loads. Current ratings, pole arrangements, and short-circuit ratings are selected according to the project specification and certified product scope.
Modular Design -Simplified Expansion, Maintenance, and Customization
The modular internal layout supports flexible integration of main devices, branch circuit breakers, neutral bars, ground bars, and auxiliary components. Optional features include digital metering, surge protective devices, branch circuit monitoring, control power supplies, and communication interfaces for enhanced protection and energy management.

Installation Guide
  1. Front Working Space Depth

Provide the depth required by NEC Table 110.26(A)(1). The required depth is commonly 36, 42, or 48 inches, depending on voltage-to-ground and the condition opposite the panelboard.

  1. Working Space Width

Provide at least 30 inches (762 mm), or the width of the panelboard, whichever is greater. Doors and hinged panels must open at least 90 degrees.

  1. Working Space Height

Maintain at least 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m) of clear height, or the equipment height if greater. The highest circuit-breaker operating handle is generally limited to 6 ft 7 in (2.0 m).

  1. Wall Mounting and Front Access

Use a listed surface-mounted or flush-mounted configuration and secure it to a suitable structural wall. Front-access panelboards normally do not require a rear service aisle.

  1. Dedicated Electrical Space

Reserve the panelboard footprint and the space above it to 6 ft above the equipment or the structural ceiling. Keep foreign piping and ducts outside this zone; compliant sprinkler protection may be permitted.

  1. Access, Location, and Egress

Keep the working area clear and accessible. Apply the correct NEMA enclosure for the location. Egress and panic-hardware requirements apply only when the equipment rating and room conditions trigger the applicable NEC requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Experiential Marketing
Which standards are available for your panelboards?
For North American projects, we offer panelboard configurations evaluated to UL 67 and, where required, applicable Canadian standards. For Europe and other markets, separate configurations can be designed and verified according to the applicable IEC 61439 requirements. Certification coverage depends on the specific model, ratings, components, and manufacturing location.
Can I specify the circuit breaker brand?
Yes. Depending on the project and certified product configuration, we can integrate approved circuit breakers from brands such as ABB, Eaton, Schneider Electric, and Siemens. The final brand, model, interrupting rating, and accessories must be confirmed against the panelboard’s certification scope and project requirements.
What is the typical production lead time?
Standard panelboard configurations typically require 8–10 weeks. Customized systems with special breakers, metering, communication, outdoor enclosures, or certification requirements may require approximately 12–14 weeks. The confirmed delivery schedule will be stated in the formal quotation.
Can the cable-entry direction be customized?
Yes. Top, bottom, or side cable entry can be provided according to the approved enclosure design and site wiring requirements. Please provide the conductor size, number of cables, conduit arrangement, and entry direction before design approval.
What busbar materials are available?
Copper and aluminum busbar configurations are available depending on the project and certified design. Copper busbars can be supplied with tin-plated or silver-plated connection surfaces for improved oxidation resistance and connection reliability. Busbar material, size, plating, and current rating are confirmed for each project.
What installation space is required?
What installation space is required?
What enclosure options are available?
We offer NEMA 1 enclosures for indoor applications and NEMA 3R configurations for outdoor applications, subject to the certified product design. IEC-market configurations can be provided with appropriate IP-rated enclosures. The final enclosure type should be selected according to rain, dust, corrosion, temperature, and installation conditions.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Our standard warranty is 12–24 months from shipment, depending on the product and contract terms. We provide remote troubleshooting, technical documentation, replacement-component support, and video-guided service assistance. Response time, replacement scope, freight responsibility, and extended-warranty options are defined in the formal quotation or sales contract.
